The Setra Model 227 is designed for high-density modular gas sticks and panels in semiconductor applications. Its compact 1‑1/8” footprint, rugged design, and low-cavity sensor provide long-term stability, high accuracy, and easy purgeability. All wetted parts are 316L stainless steel for contaminant-free gas distribution. The patented variable capacitance sensor delivers precise, linear voltage or current output with EMI/RFI immunity. Available outputs include 5 VDC, 10 VDC, or 4–20 mA, with multiple connector options and side-access zero/span adjustments.
